The Company aims to provide stable access to the Service but does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every browser or device, or available in every location at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, provider outages, security events or force majeure may affect availability.
14. Suspension and termination
The Company may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Service if the user breaches these Terms, violates law, creates security risk, misuses voice cloning, abuses payment systems, causes harm to the Service or other users, or where required by authorities, payment providers or compliance obligations.
The user may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion where available. Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and security purposes.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Company does not warrant that all generated voices will be indistinguishable from human speech, suitable for every project, free from errors or accepted by third-party platforms.
The Company is not a bank, financial institution, payment institution, insurance provider or deposit-taking institution. User balances, credits or usage entitlements are not covered by deposit insurance or equivalent financial protection schemes.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, reputational harm, data loss, loss of opportunity or third-party claims arising from the user’s Content or misuse of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
