This Privacy Policy explains how UAB «Vero Pulse», registration code 306712826, registered at Vilnius, Zalgiris g. 88-101, LT-09303, Republic of Lithuania, processes personal data in connection with the website https://aloudtext.com/, the Aloudtext account, AI text-to-speech tools, dashboard, support, payments and related services.
The Company acts as a data controller for account, billing, support, website and security data processed for its own purposes. In certain business or API scenarios, the Company may act as a processor where a customer determines the purposes and means of processing.
2. Categories of personal data
Depending on how the user interacts with the Service, the Company may process the following categories of data:
- Account data: email address, name if provided, password hash, language, country, settings and account identifiers.

Source files may be automatically deleted after processing where technically configured. Generated audio files, project history and metadata may remain available in the account dashboard unless deleted by the user, removed under retention rules or retained where required for legal, security, billing or dispute purposes.
The Company may process limited operational data to debug generation errors, ensure fair usage, prevent abuse, maintain security and improve Service quality where permitted by law and applicable user settings.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to provide core functionality, remember settings, maintain sessions, measure analytics, improve performance and protect the Service from abuse.
